*Dal Gosht Recipe*
*Description:* A delicious and comforting lentil curry with tender lamb or beef.
- 1 cup split red lentils (chana dal)
- 1 lb lamb/beef, cut into small pieces
*Spice Blend:*
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
*Instructions:*
1. Soak dal for 30 minutes.
2. Cook dal with water, ghee, cumin seeds, and coriander powder.
3. Cook gosht with onions, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
4. Combine cooked dal and gosht.
5. Add spice blend and lemon juice; simmer for 10 minutes.
*Tips:*
- Add potatoes or carrots for texture.
- Serve with rice, naan, or roti.
- Store at room temperature for up to 2 hours
- Refrigerate for up to 24 hours
